Just back from Cape Cod, Mass – we loved it!

Posted by frek on August 4, 2006

Grew up hanging around the beach with my sister, mom & dad. Later surfing motivated exploration virtually everywhere and especially up and down the east coast. Early on with my family in the Hamptons, later in Martha’s Vineyard & in Florida with Walsweer, Maryland & VA during college, Cape Hattaras as often as possible with Marvosa, Treretola, Sullivan & Kelly and always with everyone on the Jersey Shore.

First time out on the Cape: pristine beaches and classic shingle- style architecture make it some of the best coastline one could ever experience. Can’t wait to surf the area, but this trip was more about good friends getting married & relaxation. Congratulations Candice & Ted Leach and thanks for introducing us to the Cape! We’ll be back.

Denver, CO views toward the Rockies (mostly)

Posted by frek on July 12, 2006

Strictly (obviously) an amateur here. Have been in the habit lately of snapping pics from our Beauvallon deck, at sunset and toward the Rocky Mountains. Will include some below……………..and may update this post if any others worth sharing are taken.

For perspective:

Look carefully and you can see the Michael Graves Library and the new Daniel Libeskind Art Museum.

Vail Village Commercial Office Space (NO LONGER AVAILABLE)

Posted by frek on May 26, 2006

Miss & I have (no longer available) up to 1445 Sq. Ft. for lease, sandwiched between the new Four Seasons Hotel & Vail Plaza Club & Hotel. The space is nicely finished, offers parking and wrap around views including to the Mountain. Interested give us a call at 970 471 3079.

Amazing what’s going in Vail and in Lionshead. Development in the two base villages including a Four Seasons, Vail Plaza Club & Hotel, a new Ritz Carlton, the doubling in size of the Sonnenalp, a very interesting Ginn project in Minturn and the giant Arabelle project seem to assure it’s status as a world class destination resort for years to come.

Leading Residential Designer

Posted by frek on April 30, 2006

Biased maybe, but when Melissa designs a home or a commercial space it’s a near perfect bet that it is going to be unique & special.

Getting the cover of ‘Leading Residential Designers’ ain’t bad either -guess I’m not the only one who thinks so ;-)

Proud,

Chris

Spain

Posted by frek on April 2, 2006

Spain is a wonderful place. Rolling country sides like giant manicured fairways, history everywhere, beautiful cities and also some of the great contemporary architecture in the world right now:

Fabulous Doors & Entreeways everywhere
